First and last name of the person on the order
A high quality, straight on photo of the note you would like recreated (see listing for example). If there are more words in the picture than what you would like on the sign be sure to tell us which words you would like recreated!
Your desired budget for the sign (I try to design around this and don’t want to send a design idea that is well over your budget.
Any ideas or requests you have for your sign. Things like size, shape, type of flower, or other detail requests are very helpful as we start the design process!
Once we agree upon a design you will be invoiced for the remaining cost. Your sign will not be placed into production until this is paid in full. 
 
Due to the handmade and custom nature of these signs, I do not accept returns but please contact me if there is an issue with your order.
